
We understand a lot can happen in a year, so we’ve created a “Coverage Check-Up” program (for Personal & Business customers), allowing us to identify any changes and/or savings opportunities mid-way through a customer’s policy period. So, we reach out to ask a few questions and as a “thank you” for each customer’s participation, we Pay It Forward by donating $5 to the nonprofit of each customer’s choice.
We consider this a “WIN-WIN…plus another WIN!” Not only are we able to do our job as Insurance Problem Solvers and solve any problems that could arise, we’re also able to make beneficial coverage and/or premium changes for our customers! The last (but NOT least!) “WIN” is the fact we’re able to pass along a donation and thus, pay it forward, to one of our most adored and local nonprofit organizations.
