The Labor Department recently released more detailed numbers from what is commonly now being called the “Great Resignation.” Workers are leaving their current jobs for a number of reasons and Georgia is tied for the top quits rate at 4.5%. This means about 1 in 22 workers quit their job in November in the Peach State.
