While some leaders get caught up in being the “STAR” of the show,  a good boss is quite the opposite in most cases:

We are able to admire this TALENTED and ADORABLE karate chimp because the trainer was able to motivate and empower the chimp enough to do so. Plus, it’s adorable, so why not watch?!
