I would like to share a quick feedback on my experience this time. I felt the team could show better responsiveness before things were escalated to you. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. He set the right expectations as to when I can get an updates and followed up regularly on the email. But in his absence, I had to make calls each day to find the status updates, make things move and call travellers myself etc.
